Terms of Service
Draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be reviewed and completed (operator name, governing law, jurisdiction) before public launch. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
1. The service
MIRA AI BOOK EMPIRE helps you create books with AI assistance and download them as PDF and EPUB files. The service is currently in beta and is provided “as is”; features may change or be unavailable.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas and text you provide and of the books you create. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate text.
4. AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes, including incorrect facts, invented references, and awkward or inaccurate writing, especially in less widely supported languages. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your book before you publish or share it, and for making sure it does not infringe anyone's rights. We do not guarantee that generated text is original, accurate or suitable for any purpose.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe intellectual property, to create harmful, hateful or deceptive content, to attempt to break or overload the service, or to bypass usage limits and budgets.
6. Usage limits and fees
AI use is subject to monthly budgets and rate limits. Paid plans and prices shown on the Pricing page are a preview; payments are not available yet. We will give notice before charging for anything.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or income arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified].
